Qualifications

Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.

Engage with customers to swiftly resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
Strategically schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards; lead rollout meetings.
