Job summary

Krystal Restaurant is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations, coach A+ talent, and uphold Krystal’s standards across service, food safety, and financial controls. You will partner with the management team to drive customer satisfaction, sales and profits, while modeling core values.

The role requires leadership, flexible scheduling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office as you guide shift teams and ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years of restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnight, and weekends.
• May travel to other locations as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal core values while training and recognizing A+ talent.
• Partner with management to execute performance management and coaching.
• Drive a customer-focused culture by resolving issues and coaching staff to standards.
• Ensure food safety standards are met during shifts and maintain procedures.
• Assist in managing cash security, inventory, labor and food controls during shifts.
