Job summary

Walgreens stores seek a dedicated team member to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash and transactions, and ensure the floor and stock room readiness for the day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and support inventory, pricing, and displays while upholding store standards and compliance. Prior leadership or key-holding experience is valued, with English fluency required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered for employment.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Manages returns, refunds, cash drops, and cash register accuracy.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Supports store operations, pricing, inventory, and display development to maintain store standards.
