Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a supervisory team member for Newport, VT. The role provides leadership in the absence of store management and ensures daily operations run smoothly on shift.

The candidate will uphold company standards and customer care during peak hours. Responsibilities include supervising crew, opening/closing procedures, resolving customer service issues, completing mandatory trainings, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualificações

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or GED) or currently enrolled.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Preferred: 2+ years in related position.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises crew and acts as manager in absence of store management.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• Resolves customer service issues in absence of management.
• Completes mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Fulfills duties of Customer Experience Advocate.
