Qualifications

• Ability to fulfil duties of a Customer Experience Advocate.
• Demonstrated supervisory capability during absence of store management.

Responsibilities

• May oversee opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• May supervise store crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
