Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in our CVS/pharmacy location. You will support the Store Management team, supervise staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are followed, and deliver excellent customer service to strengthen loyalty.

The role offers a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a values‑driven, patient‑centered healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication and supervision capabilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and coordinate with management to ensure store execution.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints while upholding CVS service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
