Job summary

• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory, supports pricing tasks and displays, and assists with backroom and vendor deliveries.
