Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to support management in everyday administrative and operational tasks at our Ellicott City restaurant. The role emphasizes fast, accurate service, guest relations, and strict adherence to Taco Bell quality standards.

Responsibilities include coaching crew, conducting food safety checks, managing inventory, and handling cash procedures. In the manager's absence, the SM may open/close the restaurant and oversee deliveries, while training staff in Learning Zone.

Formación

• Hourly position to assist management in routine administrative and operational tasks.
• Focal points include driving customer service excellence.
• Maintain standards in product and facility specifications.
• Review food handling procedures.
• Assess operational processes.
• HR duties: crew training and coaching for hourly employees.
• May assume opening/closing of the restaurant when management is unavailable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Conduct periodic food safety audits.
• Provide ongoing coaching to crew on service and quality.
• Assist with cash procedures, deposits, and handling.
• Perform daily inventory and set up daily control sheets.
• Review facility and equipment readiness.
• Monitor inventory, food prep and order fulfillment daily.
• Address speed of service bottlenecks to improve performance.
• In manager's absence, oversee opening/closing and deliveries.
