Job summary

Taco Bell in Lanham, MD is seeking a Shift Manager to support management in daily restaurant operations, guest service, and staff coaching. This hourly role focuses on maintaining standards in product quality, safety, and service speed.

You will help open and close the restaurant, assist with cash procedures, inventory, and training, while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Conducts daily cash procedures and bank deposit handling, opening/closing safe, and drawer verification.
• Reviews facility and equipment readiness; monitors inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment to meet standards.
• Monitors service speed and resolves bottlenecks to achieve SWS goals.
• Provides ongoing coaching and feedback for crew; trains staff in Learning Zone.
