Taco Bell in Maryland is seeking a Shift Manager to support management tasks while overseeing hourly crew in daily operations. The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, strict product quality, and adherence to safety standards.

You will coach crew, manage opening/closing duties when managers are unavailable, and help maintain inventory, cash handling, and delivery coordination. This position is hourly and on-site with standard benefits.

Formación

• Customer service excellence demonstrated in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and quality standards.
• Experience coaching and training hourly staff.
• Strong awareness of daily operations and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensures products meet company quality standards.
• Conducts periodic food safety audits and coaching for crew on service and quality.
• Shares daily cash procedures duties with the Management team.
• Reviews facility and equipment readiness and monitors inventory and orders.
• Provides hands-on coaching and training for crew in Learning Zone.
