Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to support management with daily operations, customer service excellence, and adherence to product and facility standards. The role includes training crew and may involve opening and closing the restaurant when management is unavailable.

Responsibilities include overseeing cash procedures, inventory, and service speed, plus coaching crew to meet company standards. Eligible for PTO, medical/dental coverage, and a performance bonus if goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop crew members.
