Job summary

Church’s is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Team Members on shift and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will help with cash handling, inventory, and POS system operations while ensuring compliance with Cajun Operating Company policies.

The role requires leading the team, maintaining high standards of service, and overseeing opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership to coach Team Members and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Experience with cash handling, banking deposits and daily paperwork accuracy.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure Church’s menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Assign and supervise Team Members to execute daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Assist Team Members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and shift checklists.
