Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Leader to coach and develop Team Members on shift, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and adherence to Cajun Operating Company policies. You will coach, train, and monitor staff, maintain clean, safe conditions and follow cash handling and POS procedures.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely opening/closing, accurate paperwork, and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is highly recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu products are prepared and served per procedures.
• Oversees and assigns shift tasks to team members.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Performs opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows product procedures for prep and storage of all menu items.
• Maintains professional leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
