Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to guide Team Members on the floor, coach/train, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure compliance with Cajun Operating Company policies and maintain high standards during each shift.

You will monitor service, ensure food prepared to standard, manage opening/closing tasks, and uphold safety and cash handling procedures. A high school diploma is recommended and ServSafe training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leads and coaches team members on shift.
• Ensures accurate paperwork and reports.
• Manages inventory and payroll entry in POS.
• Cash handling and security procedures compliance.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access.
• Shift Leader certification completion.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures all Church's menu items are prepared and served to standard procedures.
• Ensures that assigned tasks and activities are carried out by Team Members.
• Assists Team Members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Oversees opening and closing duties on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows proper product procedures for preparation of all menu items.
