Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, ensures prompt, friendly customer service.
• Ensures menu products are prepared as per procedures.
• Ensures assigned tasks and duties are carried out by team members.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products, provide service, and keep a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Performs opening and closing duties as required on shift checklists.
• Follows proper product procedures for all menu items.
• Handles receiving, storage and rotation of food products; icing procedures.
• Maintains professional and ethical leadership at all times.
• Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
