Job summary

Church's Chicken in Memphis is seeking a Shift Leader to guide Team Members on shift and coach them to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will ensure compliance with Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant.

The role requires monitoring service standards, food safety, cash handling, and shift leadership. Candidates should be at least 18, with a high school diploma or GED and ServSafe training recommended.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks for Team Members.
• Assist Team Members to maintain quality products, service, and cleanliness.
• Model proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow proper product procedures for all menu items.
• Receive, handle, and store food products with proper rotation and icing.
• Maintain professional and ethical leadership at all times.
• Ensure on-time attendance for each employee on shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
