Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store issues.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and team members.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors and product knowledge to drive revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and brand standards.
• Set daily/shift goals and lead opening/closing routines.
