Job summary

The role is full-time with a base hourly pay range of $16.50–$24.00 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems used in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff in close collaboration with store management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints per policy.
• Oversee merchandising, price items, restock shelves and maintain displays.
