Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and coordinate activities when managers are not onsite.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS service standards.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory.
• Reset and reorganize departments following planograms (POGs).
