Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations when managers are absent, drive store execution, and foster CVS/pharmacy customer service. You will supervise staff, handle opening/closing, assist customers, maintain displays, and support a culture of service.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of management and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crews and assign/direct follow up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
