Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff, support the management team, and ensure smooth store operations. You will help drive customer service excellence, supervise opening/closing duties, and uphold CVS standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a typical 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the store crew and supervise activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Reset departments following planograms and manage weekly promotions.
