Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards for beverages, food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: direct work, quick learning, effective oral communication, retail knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks across the team.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized orders.
• Ensure quality beverages/food and maintain cash handling and store safety.
