Qualifications

• Attend to attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies and standards for quality beverages, food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of experience in roles involving frequent customer interaction.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation as per recipes and customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team to deliver quality beverages and foods.
• Ensure a welcoming, clean, and safe store environment for customers.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate shifts to meet customer demand and store goals.
• Model Starbucks standards and support training and development of partners.
• Maintain strong customer service and effective communication across shifts.
