Caribou Coffee is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in Fridley, MN, partnering with the General Manager to uphold brand standards, product knowledge, cleanliness, and guest connections during each shift.

Lead a motivated team, coach and train teammates, manage shift tasks, and ensure safety and cash handling procedures. Compensation ranges from $12.75 to $21.25 per hour with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a leadership role or trained to assume Shift Leader duties.
• Must be able to maintain flexible availability for scheduling needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with brand standards, guest connections, and smooth operations.
• Engage the team, maintain energy, and keep the shift on track.
• Optimize sales, manage waste, and keep a clean, welcoming coffeehouse.</n>
• Communicate deployment and shift roles on the floor.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely hand-offs between shifts.
• Uphold cash handling, safety, and store procedures.
• Coach and train teammates on responsibilities and product knowledge.
