You’ll coach Baristas, manage inventory, complete shift reports, and keep the shop clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• At least 1 year of barista experience is preferred.
• Able to work 20+ hours per week and stay reliable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: oversee operations, delegate tasks, and adjust staffing.
• Coach & Train: mentor Baristas and provide on-the-spot feedback.
• Ensure Quality: uphold beverage quality and customer service standards.
