Church’s Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise on-shift operations, coaching and developing Team Members to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure adherence to Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures during your shift.

You’ll monitor service quality, ensure correct food preparation, and enforce safety and cash-handling standards while leading opening/closing duties and maintaining POS integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

• Coaches, trains and develops Team Members on shift to deliver outstanding service.
• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Oversees opening and closing duties and shift readiness.
• Enforces safety, security and cash handling procedures.
• Entries related to inventory, payroll and POS transactions are accurate.
