Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Leader to coach and develop Team Members on shift, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and adherence to Cajun Operating Company policies. The role focuses on leading team performance, maintaining quality, and guiding operational procedures to deliver fast, friendly service.

The position emphasizes coaching, training, and compliance with safety and cash-handling procedures, with responsibilities including opening/closing duties and shift oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Verify Church’s menu products are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Ensure team members carry out assigned tasks and follow proper procedures.
• Assist team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Open and close duties as required on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Maintain proper product procedures for all menu items.
• Manage receiving, handling, and storage of food products with proper rotation.
