Job summary

Dunkin' in Decatur is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew during 5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm shifts, upholding brand standards and delivering guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks and mentor teammates to perform at high level.

As a key front-line supervisor, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager, manage shift deployment, monitor food safety, handle guest concerns, and help train staff for smooth operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
