Job summary

Dunkin in Conyers, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members during shifts from 5am–1pm or 1pm–9pm, ensuring brand standards and great guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team by giving timely feedback.

You will support the Restaurant Manager, manage shift deployment, handle cash, uphold food safety, and help train staff while maintaining a positive store reputation.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource use.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during the shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for their shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolve issues quickly.
