Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Brand Ambassador/Shift Leader to help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie and retail selections. The role includes leading team members when the GM is away and modeling the brand’s culture and values.

You’ll prep ingredients, greet guests, manage opening/closing tasks, handle store checklists, and support cash handling and inventory. Reliability, strong communication, and basic POS and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with POS functionality.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Highly reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
