Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs, Jupiter (13060), is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to assist the management team in running the store. You will coach staff, ensure quality food, deliver great customer service, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 38–40 hours weekly, reliability, and a 18+ age minimum with Serve Safe certification. You’ll report to the GM/AGM/DM and lead by example in every shift.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Must have reliable transportation

• Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant

• Move or Transport up to 50 lbs
• Work 38-40 hours per week
• Have the ability to get to and from work
• Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM of any issues
• Lead by example in terms of quality of the food they make, the way they interact and provide customer service, and coming to work in a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform daily.
