Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Ripley, Tennessee. You will run great shifts, work independently, and support the RGM by solving problems and guiding teammates.

We offer a shift differential for closers, benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, tuition assistance, meal discounts, and flexible scheduling. Must have 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and support the RGM.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide team members when needed.
• Provide help and guidance to others as part of daily operations.
