Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Shift Leader. You will support the RGM by running strong, self-sufficient shifts and taking ownership to resolve issues while guiding teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical and decision‑making ability.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs; stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are conducted on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide help and guidance to others as needed.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality and safety.
