Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise. You will support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner, take ownership to solve problems, and guide teammates as needed.

This role offers a shift differential for closers and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with matching, tuition assistance, meal discounts, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 80% of shifts.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
