Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a proactive Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise to support the RGM by running strong, self-sufficient shifts. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency on busy shifts.

You will be responsible for supervising 1–3 team members, handling basic P&L tasks, and ensuring safety and quality. This role offers a shift differential for closers and benefits including health insurance,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
