Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running efficient shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, solve problems, and offer guidance to team members.

This role offers a closer, higher-earning opportunity with potential for growth within a Taco Bell franchise. Prior supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
