WhiteWater Express in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Leader to help oversee each shift, ensuring team members perform daily duties and assisting management with incident reports and equipment maintenance.

You will lead a team, foster a customer-focused environment, monitor wash operations, and enforce safety protocols while supporting training and development opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and hours.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Foster a team-oriented environment and empower employees to lead.
• Support team growth and leadership development to maintain a positive workplace.
• Address and resolve concerns, including incident reporting for a seamless experience.
• Monitor equipment, wash package functions, and tunnel performance for efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure safety training is completed by staff.
• Provide customers with information on wash products, packages, and memberships.
• Assist customers with membership updates and issue resolution.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures and ensure accuracy of tasks.
• Learn car wash chemistry and product interactions and their impact on wash quality.
• Identify wash quality issues caused by chemical imbalances or other factors.
• Communicate improvement areas to management for location, team, and company.
• Administer customer feedback surveys to maintain high-quality service.
