WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader 521 to drive the shift, support a team, and grow your leadership career.

You’ll supervise daily operations, ensure team members complete their responsibilities, provide excellent customer service, and maintain wash quality and safety.

We offer paid training, flexible shifts, and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to motivate and guide a team
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable in outdoor, fast-paced environments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment
