WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to help oversee each shift, guiding team members and ensuring daily duties are completed. You will support management with incident reporting, equipment checks, and process improvements to boost overall efficiency.

The role requires leading by example, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining safety standards while coordinating with the team across busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong team leader capable of guiding colleagues.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
• Willingness to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Foster a team-oriented environment and empower staff to lead initiatives.
• Monitor equipment and tunnel performance to maintain efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and complete required safety training.
• Assist customers with memberships and account updates.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed.
