Potbelly Corporate in Brighton, MI is seeking an Assistant Manager to co-lead our Potbelly shop. The role requires a customer-first mindset, 2+ years of management experience, and a focus on teamwork and efficiency.

You will train and coach staff, schedule shifts, and help drive sales while upholding food safety and quality standards. This is a full-time leadership position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum of at least 2 years management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• You must meet food safety requirements and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Strong customer-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines.
• Ability to write schedules and manage labor against goals.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach and develop Potbelly Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Interview and hire Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Schedule staff and maintain labor goals.
• Drive shop marketing and promotions to maximize sales.
• Ensure health, safety and back-of-house standards are met.
• Handle customer issues and maintain a Good Vibes culture.
