Jersey Mike's Subs in Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and run daily operations. You will coach a small crew, ensure high-quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience with energy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include cash handling, training adherence, policy enforcement, and participation in marketing initiatives. A1 commitment to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilidades

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high-quality food and maintain fast service.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to customers.
• Handle cash and follow training program guidelines.
• Develop others for career growth and leadership.
• Enforce store policies and procedures.

• Build sales and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Be certified in all four restaurant positions.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate urgency.
• Open and close the store; manage a crew of 2–5 people.
