Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee shift operations, guide a team of hourly Team Members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest experience. You may support Purchasing, Receiving and Inventory tasks as needed, and participate in interviews to strengthen our team.

The role emphasizes people leadership, problem solving, and clear communication to deliver fast, high-quality service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
