Job summary

MINISO USA in Missouri is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at the register. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Assist daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
