Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Martinez, GA to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift leadership when managers are absent.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. As a key member of the store team, you will lead staff to deliver top-notch service to retail and professional customers while ensuring policy-compliant phone handling, order processing, merchandising

Qualifications

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges with refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted work schedules and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and bank deposits as needed.
