Job summary

Dunkin Harrisburg is seeking Shift Leaders to guide the team on each shift, deliver top guest service, and uphold store standards. You’ll be the go-to person during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

You will handle prep, inventory, and cash, train crew members to their best, and step in for the manager when needed. This role offers opportunities for growth into management.
