Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader in Baton Rouge, LA. This full-time role features $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and advancement opportunities.

You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure smooth shift operations, and deliver excellent customer service while promoting safety and quality during every wash. Training is provided and internal promotions are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prev leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
