Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily shift operations and oversee a team at our Sturgis, MI location. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and maintaining wash quality. Training is provided, and performance bonuses may be offered.

The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, outdoor work, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Evening and weekend availability is needed. Competitive starting pay with tips is provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
