Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and coach the team for exceptional service. You’ll stay active on shift, oversee staff, and help ensure smooth operation throughout the day.

The role offers $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for promotion as the company grows. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
