WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to support daily shift operations, guide a team, and ensure excellent customer service. Training is provided, and experience in leadership or customer-focused roles is beneficial.

The role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and availability for evenings/weekends. Starting pay is $17–$19/hour plus biweekly tips, with opportunities for performance bonuses and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
