Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, support a team, and help customers choose wash packages. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $15-$17/hour plus biweekly tips and paid training.

You'll lead the crew, ensure safety, and promote a positive, team-focused environment while remaining active on the job site. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is required, and advancement from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
